The AirTAC GR400-15F3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR400-15F3T is a genuine AirTAC air pressure regulator for compressed air, built to hold a steady downstream pressure from a variable supply. This 400-size unit has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar so operators can read and set line pressure at a glance. A mounting bracket is included, and the standard (non low-pressure) type suits normal plant air service.
GR regulators in the G series are offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, so you can step port size and body capacity up or down as your line demands. Options include PT, G or NPT thread, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, a low-pressure type, a reverse/check valve and panel mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, repeatable working pressure feeding a bench or floor pneumatic press, so clamping and forming strokes stay consistent shift after shift.
Regulate the air feeding cylinders on a carton sealing or wrapping line, keeping seal arms and pushers from slamming at full line pressure.
Drop the pressure to a robotic gripper or pick-and-place circuit on a machining cell so delicate parts are held firmly without crushing.
Choose the GR size by port and required flow: this unit is 400 size with a 1/2 in NPT port; smaller 200/300 or larger 600 bodies exist if your line needs a different step. Set the gauge scale to match your crew - this code carries a square gauge in bar, with MPa and psi scales available. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. A bracket is included and GR is also panel-mountable. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this 1/2 in NPT unit against your application on request.
The F3 code on the GR400-15F3T means an embedded square gauge scaled in bar is fitted. MPa and psi scales are catalogue options, and an external round gauge is available as well - just specify the scale you want when ordering.
