The AirTAC GR400-15T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-15T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the 400 size with a 1/2 in NPT port. It reduces and holds downstream pressure across an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar, includes a mounting bracket, and is rated for a working temperature of -20 to 70 C - a wider range than the rest of the G-series. GR is a dedicated regulator: it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include G (BSPP) or NPT threads, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, a reverse/check valve, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the working pressure feeding a pneumatic press or clamping cylinder, so the operator dials in the force the job needs at the regulator rather than at the compressor.
Regulate the air feeding pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, keeping actuator speeds and gentle product handling repeatable across shifts.
Trim the supply pressure to spray equipment or air tools at a finishing station, giving the operator a local, gauge-readable setting independent of the main header.
Step through the GR sizes (200 / 300 / 400 / 600) and match the port (1/8 in to 1 in) to your line size and the flow your circuit needs - the 400 size with a 1/2 in port sits in the upper-middle of the range. Then choose the options that matter: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar; this model carries a round bar gauge), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are orderable options, as selected here), the low-pressure L type where the circuit never exceeds 0.4 MPa, a reverse/check valve, and a bracket (included here; GR is also panel-mountable).
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote you a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Tell us your application - line size, upstream pressure and the flow your circuit needs - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C3 in the code GR40015C3T means this unit is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and gauges are available in MPa, psi or bar scales - so if your team reads pressure in psi or MPa, that can be specified instead when ordering.
