The AirTAC GR40010C2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010C2GK is an AirTAC GR400 series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for pressure regulation: it contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This 400-size unit is fitted with a G3/8 (BSPP) port, an external round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The standard adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C - wider than the rest of the G-series. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR400 can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, in PT (standard), G or NPT thread, with embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure to a clamping cylinder on a machining or assembly press, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main air supply drops.
Feed bagger or cartoner pneumatic actuators from a plant air drop at a controlled, repeatable pressure so sealing arms and pushers cycle consistently.
Regulate the branch feeding grippers and gate cylinders on a bottling or filling line, with the psi gauge giving operators a local, readable setpoint.
Size the GR400 by port and flow demand: 400 sits in the middle of the 200/300/400/600 range, with a 3/8 port here. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, tell us your flow requirement and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order. Choose the gauge scale you want - this unit carries a round external gauge in psi, with MPa and bar scales available - and decide whether the reverse/check valve (fitted on this model, code K) is needed to hold downstream pressure. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option. A low-pressure L type limited to 0.4 MPa exists if your line never exceeds that, and a J-code variant omits the bracket if you panel-mount instead.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR400 flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your required flow and upstream/downstream pressures and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The same regulator is available without the valve; the gauge, thread and bracket are also selectable options, so tell us the exact configuration you need.
