The AirTAC GR40010LJC2GK AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010LJC2GK is an AirTAC GR400 air pressure regulator for compressed air, built around a G3/8 (BSPP) port. This is the low-pressure type, so the outlet can be set anywhere up to 0.4 MPa, and it is supplied with an external round gauge scaled in psi. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, so the downstream setting is held if the upstream supply dips, and the unit comes without a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge or no gauge, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Steady low-pressure air to clamping fixtures on a machining cell; the fitted check valve holds the set pressure if the main supply dips mid-cycle.
Regulated low-pressure atomising air to spray guns on a paint line, where the 0.4 MPa ceiling keeps application pressure inside the right window.
Supply to pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the psi-scaled round gauge letting operators verify settings at a glance.
Choose the size by the flow your line needs: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, and this size 400 unit sits on a 3/8 inch port. Pick the low-pressure type (this unit, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa) when your process runs below the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. Then select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is the standard, with G or NPT available as order options) and whether you want the mounting bracket. Flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your demand and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line demand and port size and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code means the adjustable range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. Choose it when your process runs at lower set pressures; the psi-scaled round gauge supplied with this unit makes the setting easy to read.
