The AirTAC GR40015JF1TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015JF1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure, adjustable anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is fitted with an embedded square pressure gauge reading in MPa, a reverse/check valve (code K) that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost, and NPT1/2 ports. No mounting bracket is included; as a GR unit it can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR400 size, the largest step in a range that also covers 200, 300 and 600 sizes with progressively larger ports and flow capacity. Thread options PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue choices, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar can be ordered. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a steady clamping pressure on a machining centre's fixture-actuation circuit, with the check valve keeping fixtures gripped if the shop-air supply drops.
Regulates the feed to carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the MPa square gauge giving operators a setpoint they can verify at a glance.
Drops bench supply air to the low, stable pressure a lab analyser or test rig needs, and tolerates the -20 to 70 C span of a temperature-variable service room.
Choose the GR400 size and its 1/2 in port when the air demand of the circuit calls for the larger step in the GR range; smaller 200/300/400 sizes and the 600 size cover lighter and heavier duties respectively, and we can confirm the flow curve against your application before you order. Set the working pressure anywhere within 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) - this standard type is not the low-pressure (L) variant, which is limited to 0.4 MPa. This unit ships with the embedded square gauge in MPa; external round gauges and psi or bar scales are order options. The trailing T fixes NPT threads; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available as a specification choice. Code J means no mounting bracket is fitted, and the K code adds a reverse/check valve - useful where downstream pressure must be held on supply loss. GR runs from -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series capacity as flow curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow-curve sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is fitted (the GR can still be panel-mounted); F1 is the embedded square pressure gauge with an MPa scale; T is the NPT thread option (PT is the catalogue standard and G/BSPP is also available); and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
