The AirTAC GR40015JF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015JF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady at the value you set. This 400-size unit carries a G1/2 (BSPP) port, and the standard-type regulator adjusts across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied; as a GR unit it is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8" to 1", square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional low-pressure type, and PT, G or NPT threads. Medium is compressed air only, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, repeatable downstream pressure for a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct readout and the check valve holding the setting if shop air dips.
Feed carton sealers, case erectors and conveyor stop-gate cylinders on a packaging line at a fixed, tuned pressure so cycles stay consistent across the shift.
Drop a 1/2" branch off the main plant air header and regulate it to the pressure a work cell actually needs, instead of running every tool off full header pressure.
Start with the port and size step: GR comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the larger the size the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity - match the step to your line's air demand rather than oversizing on guesswork. This unit is set for G1/2 thread; PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. Choose the gauge scale you want (MPa, psi or bar) and square embedded or round external. Decide whether you need the reverse/check valve (K) to hold downstream pressure, and whether to order with or without the mounting bracket - GR is also panel-mountable. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no honest one-figure answer to print. We will confirm the datasheet flow curve for the 400 size at your supply pressure and set point on request - just ask before ordering.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If upstream supply is lost or dropped, the check valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of venting it back through the regulator - useful for clamps, presses and any circuit that must not lose its setting mid-cycle.
