The AirTAC GR40015LJF3TK AirTAC Air Regulator, NPT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015LJF3TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady, and it carries no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and the GR400 size is fitted with 1/2 in NPT ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options). It ships as coded with an embedded square gauge reading in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket - the GR body is also panel-mountable. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans four sizes (200/300/400/600) with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without gauge, bracket or reverse valve, and in PT, G or NPT thread. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

|---|---|
| Series | GR400 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1/2" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Bagging and carton-sealing machines that use air cushions or clamp pads at gentle setpoints get a stable, limited supply from the low-pressure regulator, with the check valve holding the clamp position if upstream air drops.
Positioner and pilot circuits on big diaphragm control valves in water and wastewater plants run at modest pressures; this regulator sets that pilot level precisely and the bar-scale square gauge lets operators read it at a glance.
Looms, winders and web guides that float rollers or threads on low-pressure air need a setpoint that never creeps; the low-pressure GR holds the level and the reverse valve prevents backflow disturbances from the machine side.
Pick the GR400 size when your line runs 1/2 in ports and the flow curve for size 400 covers your demand - we will check the curve against your application if you send the figures. Choose the low-pressure (L) type only when your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints up to 0.9 MPa use the standard GR. This unit is coded with the square embedded gauge on a bar scale (psi and MPa scales are also available), a reverse/check valve to hold downstream pressure when upstream air is lost, no bracket, and NPT thread where PT is the standard and G is the alternative to order.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so there is no one number to size from. Send us your required flow and inlet conditions and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Send us your inlet pressure, setpoint and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this exact 1/2 in, low-pressure unit before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. The GR family is regulation only - no filter, no bowl and no drain - so if you also need water and particulate removal, pair it with a GF filter or step up to a GFR filter-regulator.
