The AirTAC GR40015LNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015LNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the size 400 body with a 1/2 in NPT port. This is the low-pressure type (code L), so the outlet pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). A reverse/check valve is fitted (code K), and no pressure gauge is supplied with this configuration (code N). The unit operates in compressed air from -20 to 70 C, the widest temperature window in the G family, and a mounting bracket is included; GR bodies are also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR400 size family covers the 1/2 in port step of the G-series range, and the GR line is offered in standard and low-pressure types, with or without a gauge, with G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads, and with an optional reverse/check valve. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets a gentle, fixed holding pressure for clamp or hold-down cylinders on carton and tray packaging machines where the actuation must stay at or below 0.4 MPa to avoid crushing the product.
Regulates supply pressure to air knives and blow-off nozzles on a filling or drying line, where the low-pressure type keeps the jet force consistent without over-pressurising the nozzles.
Feeds hold-down rollers, diverters and light pusher cylinders on conveyor systems, with the fitted check valve holding the set pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
Choose the GR400 size when your line runs a 1/2 in port and the flow sits in the upper mid-range of the G-series ladder; step up or down a size if your porting or curve requirement differs. Decide between the standard type and this low-pressure type (L): pick L only when the working pressure you need stays at or below 0.4 MPa. This unit ships with no gauge (code N); gauge options with different scales are available as order options if you want a fitted display. The reverse/check valve (K) is already fitted here, holding downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. A mounting bracket is included. Flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
L is the low-pressure type: the outlet setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard type's higher range. N means no pressure gauge is fitted; gauges with different scales are available as order options. K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The unit also includes a mounting bracket and can be panel-mounted.
