The AirTAC GR600-20 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR600-20 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, and regulation is all it does: there is no filter, no bowl and no lubricator in this unit. This 600-size configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, adjusts downstream pressure across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -20 to 70 C - a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family. It arrives with a round MPa pressure gauge fitted and a reverse/check valve installed, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200 to 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a low-pressure type (code L, up to 0.4 MPa), gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures for the GR600 are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |

| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure feeding a 3/4-in-line pneumatic press or clamping cylinder, with the check valve helping hold the set downstream pressure against inlet fluctuation.
Regulate the supply to a packaging line's cylinder and actuator bank, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a clear local reading of the set pressure at the machine.
Drop header pressure to a workable level at a 3/4 in branch line serving multiple tools and stations, using the regulator as the dedicated control point for that branch.
Size the GR series by the port and flow step: 200 through 600, with ports from 1/8 in up to this 3/4 in unit - pick the size whose curve covers your required flow rather than guessing from port size alone. This unit is the standard type; a low-pressure L variant (up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your line runs lower. Choose the gauge scale you want (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - this code is NPT. Decide whether you want the reverse/check valve (fitted here) and whether a bracket is needed (this code ships without one; GR is also panel-mountable). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR600 flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant datasheet flow figures on request before you order.
C1 means a round external pressure gauge is fitted with an MPa scale; psi and bar scales are orderable alternatives. K means the reverse/check valve is installed. The J code means no mounting bracket is included, though the GR body is also panel-mountable.
