The AirTAC GR600-25JF2GK AirTAC Air Regulator G1 (1 in) G Thread is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR600-25JF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, with a G1 (1 in) female port in G (BSPP) thread. It does one job only: reducing and holding downstream air pressure, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi for direct setpoint reading, a built-in reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air bypass the regulator on reverse flow, and no mounting bracket. As with all GR units it has no filter, no bowl and no drain - it regulates pressure and nothing else.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT thread as standard with G and NPT as order options, an optional low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar, and optional check valve. GR works from -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping the 1 in header pressure to a stable working level at the point where a large production hall's air main branches into individual machine supply lines.
Setting and holding consistent working pressure to a pneumatically actuated press or clamp fixture, with the check valve helping the circuit hold its set pressure if supply dips.
Regulating the air feeding pop-up divertors and stopper cylinders on a conveyor line, where stable pressure keeps actuation behaviour repeatable.
Start with the port step: the 600 size is the largest GR frame, with a 1 in port, so size it where the line demand is high - but note that flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your air consumption before ordering. This unit is fitted with a square gauge scaled in psi; if your plant reads in bar or MPa, the same regulator is available with those scales, and an external round gauge is also an option. The K code means a reverse/check valve is built in - specify this where downstream cylinders or tanks must hold pressure if the upstream supply drops. Thread here is G (BSPP); PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT is available as an order option, so match the thread to your fittings. Bracket is omitted on this code (J); GR is also panel-mountable, and a bracket can be ordered if you need one.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for your application on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is built into the regulator, allowing downstream air to flow back past the regulator if upstream pressure is lost. F2 means the embedded square gauge is fitted and scaled in psi. Gauge scales of MPa or bar are available on other codes if you prefer.
