The AirTAC GR600-25NT AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR600-25NT is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a steady downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the 600 size, the largest in the G series, with a 1 in NPT port. The adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. This configuration (code N) is supplied without a pressure gauge, and the mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, an optional low-pressure type, a check-valve option, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the downstream pressure feeding a stamping or clinching press so the forming force stays repeatable shift after shift, with the 1 in port carrying the full line volume.
Regulate the air feeding stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling or canning conveyor so indexing stays gentle and consistent regardless of compressor swings.
Provide fine manual adjustment from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa on a workshop or laboratory air test bench, where the wide -20 to 70 C range suits an unheated test cell.
Size the GR by port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, the top of the range, so step down to 200/300/400 if the line is smaller. Choose the thread to match your pipework: PT is the catalogue standard, while G (BSPP) and NPT (as on this model) are order options. Decide whether you want a gauge fitted (square embedded or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) - this configuration has none. GR pressure loss is low, which helps hold the setpoint. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
Correct: the N in GR600-25NT means no pressure gauge is fitted. GR regulators can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - just ask when ordering. Also note this unit has an NPT thread; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available as an option.
