The AirTAC GR600-25T AirTAC Low-Pressure Air Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR600-25T is a low-pressure air pressure regulator in the largest size of the GR range, with a 1 in NPT port. It regulates downstream pressure up to 0.4 MPa with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -20 to 70 C, the widest temperature span in the G-series. This configuration carries the external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if upstream supply is lost, and a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with optional gauge styles and scales, G, NPT or PT threads, and bracket or no-bracket variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holding clamp and press cylinders at a gentle, stable pressure below 0.4 MPa on a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, where the low-pressure GR type keeps delicate products from being crushed and the check valve holds the setting if supply dips.
Regulating the air to looms, stenters and dyeing equipment that runs on low-pressure air, with the 1 in NPT port feeding high-consumption manifolds and the wide -20 to 70 C operating range suiting hot, humid mill environments.
Dropping plant air to a controlled low-pressure level at the inlet of a large distribution panel or FRL train, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a clear local reading and the bracket allowing clean panel or wall mounting.
Choose the GR size by port and required flow: this 600 size with a 1 in NPT port serves the largest air lines in the range. The L code makes this the low-pressure type, suited to circuits that must be held at or below 0.4 MPa - if your working pressure runs higher, the standard GR type adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. The round gauge here is scaled in MPa; psi and bar scales are available as codes. Thread is NPT on this unit (T code); PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. The bracket is included, and GR may be panel-mounted instead.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your line size and application and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number, Cv or SCFM value here. Send us your line size, inlet pressure and application and we will confirm the datasheet and the correct sizing for the GR600 on request before you order.
The L code in GR60025LC1TK makes this the low-pressure type, which adjusts up to 0.4 MPa. If your circuit needs a higher setting, the standard GR type in the same size adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa - ask us for the standard-type code. Maximum inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
