The AirTAC GR600-25T AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR600-25T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the 600 size, the largest in the GR line, with 1 in NPT ports. The L in the code marks the low-pressure type, so the setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa rather than the standard range. The F3 suffix means a square pressure gauge is fitted and scaled in bar, and the J suffix means the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; like all GR regulators it can also be panel-mounted. There is no bowl, no filter and no drain on this unit - regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, standard or low-pressure types, with or without gauge and bracket. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G series. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the figures against your application.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a reduced, stable supply pressure to the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming or case-packing station, where the actuators are rated well below full line pressure.
Regulates the pressure feeding loom and spinning-machine air jets and threads, where a gentle, repeatable low setpoint protects delicate yarn handling.
Sits at the take-off of a 1 in plant air main and steps the pressure down for an entire work cell, with the bar-scaled square gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Start with the port and size step: the 600 size carries 1 in ports and suits the highest flows in the GR range, so match it against the air demand of the circuit rather than pipe size alone. Next, confirm the type: this is the low-pressure (L) version, correct where the downstream setpoint must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints choose the standard GR type. The fitted square gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are available if you prefer. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard option and G also orderable. Bracket is not fitted (J code), though the unit is panel-mountable. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure such as l/min or SCFM. Tell us your application and operating pressures and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code GR60025LJF3T marks the low-pressure regulator type: its setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. Choose this version when your downstream setpoint must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints, order the standard type in the same size.
