The AirTAC GR60020C1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C1T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, supplied with a 3/4 in NPT port. It is a regulation-only unit: it steps the compressed-air supply down to a stable working pressure you set anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries the round external pressure gauge on the MPa scale, so the set pressure is readable at the unit. As a regulator it has no filter bowl and no lubricator - it controls pressure only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200/300/400/600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure (L) versions, with embedded square or external round gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve (K), and G or NPT thread options alongside the PT standard. The 600 body is the step for the highest-flow branch of the range. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a stamping or forming cell, the 3/4 in regulator sits in the supply header feeding air cylinders and clamps, letting the setter dial in and hold the working pressure the tooling was designed for.
On a carton-forming or case-packing conveyor, this unit regulates the branch feeding the line's air cylinders and diverters, so actuator stroke behaviour stays consistent across the shift.
In a control panel or machine manifold where filtered air is already conditioned upstream, this regulator provides the pressure-reduction stage for valves and downstream circuits, with the round gauge showing setpoint at a glance.
Size and port are the first decision: the 600 size with its 3/4 in port is the right step when the line's air demand sits above what a 400-unit branch serves - match the size to required flow, which we confirm from the published curves before you order. From there the decodable choices are: gauge style and scale (this unit has the external round gauge on MPa; square embedded or psi/bar scales are alternatives), thread (PT is the standard, with G and NPT as orderable options - this unit is NPT), the low-pressure L type if your setpoint must stay at or below 0.4 MPa, the K option if a reverse/check valve is wanted, and bracket (included here; J deletes it). The GR also panel-mounts. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the air demand of the equipment, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet so you can size the 600 branch against your application before ordering.
The C in GR60020C1T specifies the external round gauge and the 1 sets it to the MPa scale; the embedded square gauge is the other style, and psi (2) or bar (3) scales are orderable alternatives. The gauge only reads set pressure - it does not change the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range or the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure.
