The AirTAC GR60020C1TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built in the largest 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT thread. It does one job only: it holds a steady downstream pressure that you set anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, regardless of swings in supply pressure up to the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet. This configuration arrives with a round pressure gauge on an MPa scale so you can read and dial in the setpoint, a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream air does not back-feed through the unit, and a mounting bracket included; the GR body is also panel-mountable. Because the GR family carries no filter and no bowl, there is no drain to manage - this unit regulates pressure and nothing else. It operates from -20 to 70 C, a wider window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options of PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a workshop air main feeding a pneumatic press or clamping fixture, the GR60020C1TK drops the 3/4 in supply line to the working pressure the tooling needs and holds it steady through the stroke, with the round MPa gauge letting the setter verify the setpoint at the machine.
At the air drop feeding a cartoning or wrapping machine, this regulator gives each machine its own stable setpoint independent of what the compressor and neighbouring machines are doing, while the fitted check valve stops downstream air pushing back through the unit when the main is shut down.
On a distribution header that splits one 3/4 in feed into several branch circuits, a GR60020C1TK at the header sets the branch pressure for the whole group, and the included bracket lets it be mounted cleanly beside the manifold or panel-mounted at the control station.
Step up through the GR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) as your port and air demand grow; this 600 unit takes a 3/4 in NPT connection and suits lines where a large port is required. Choose the gauge scale you want - MPa (as supplied here), psi or bar - and decide whether the round external gauge or the embedded square gauge suits your panel. Pick the thread to match your piping: PT is the catalogue standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) as order options. The fitted K reverse valve is the right choice when back-flow through the regulator must be prevented; omit it where a separate check valve already exists. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR can also be panel-mounted.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm from the datasheet that the GR60020C1TK is correctly sized before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number for this unit. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the GR60020C1TK against your application on request.
C1 means a round external pressure gauge is fitted with an MPa scale (psi and bar scales are order options, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative style). K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air cannot back-feed through the regulator. The T at the end is the NPT thread; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order.
