The AirTAC GR60020C2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pneumatic pressure steady at the setting you dial in. This is the size-600 unit with a G3/4 (BSPP) port, the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an external round gauge reading in psi so operators can set and check pressure at a glance. A reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops, and the mounting bracket is included; GR units of this series can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line runs from size 200 through 600, with port options in PT (standard), G and NPT, an optional low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa, a choice of gauge style and scale, and the reverse/check valve as an orderable option. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your application on request.

| Series | GR600 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT3/4" (G (BSPP) thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) |
| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Settling a stable, reduced pressure on a 3/4-inch branch line feeding a production cell, so machines downstream see a constant supply pressure regardless of header swings.
Holding the set clamping pressure on air-powered presses, clamps and fixtures, with the check valve retaining downstream pressure if the main supply is interrupted.
Regulating the supply to cylinders, air bearings and diverters on packaging and conveyor lines, where a steady setpoint keeps actuator speed and gentle handling repeatable.
Start with the port step: GR comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the larger the size the larger the port and the higher the flow capacity - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone. This unit carries the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the low-pressure L type is the alternative. Choose the gauge by style and scale: embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar - this configuration is round, psi. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the series standard and NPT available to order. The K suffix means the reverse/check valve is fitted; omit it if you do not need downstream pressure retention.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not state a flow figure here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
C is the external round gauge style, 2 is the psi scale, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply fails. The 600 is the size, 20 decodes to a 3/4-inch port, and the trailing G is the G (BSPP) thread; PT is the series standard and NPT is available to order.
