The AirTAC GR60020C3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C3TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port. It does one job only: it holds a stable downstream pressure from the compressed-air supply, adjustable anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range. This configuration carries a round external pressure gauge reading in bar, a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is retained when the upstream supply is removed, and the mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable. There is no filter, bowl or drain on this unit - it is regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) where the application calls for it. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

A 3/4 in branch feeding a press-shop air header needs one stable set pressure regardless of swings at the compressor room; this regulator holds the line, and the check valve keeps the header pressurised during short supply interruptions.
Machine-tool pneumatic circuits - tool clamping, chip doors, air bearings - want a fixed, repeatable pressure at the machine inlet; a 3/4 in regulator with a bar gauge gives the maintenance team a visible, lockable setpoint on the drop leg.
Conveyor stops, gates and pusher cylinders on a bottling line run continuously and are sensitive to pressure drift; regulating each conveyor zone at 3/4 in keeps actuation consistent, with the check valve holding the zone during brief upstream drops.
For a GR regulator, the real choices are: size and port (200/300/400/600, from 1/8 in to 1 in - step up for higher demand, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to match the curve to your consumption); regulation range (standard 0.05-0.9 MPa, or the L low-pressure type up to 0.4 MPa); gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and gauge style (embedded square as standard, external round optional); thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); a reverse/check valve (code K) if you need downstream pressure held on supply loss; and bracket or no bracket. This GR60020C3TK is the 600 size, NPT3/4, standard range, round bar gauge, check valve fitted, bracket included.
Before ordering, send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand: we will confirm the flow against the published curve and the datasheet on request, so the 600 size is right for the job rather than guessed.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a Cv, l/min or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
C3 means an external round pressure gauge with a bar scale is fitted (the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative, with MPa, psi or bar scales); K means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply fails. The GR family is a regulator only - there is no filter, no bowl and therefore no drain to specify; drainage belongs to the GF, GFR, GFC and GC families.
