The AirTAC GR60020JC1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC1T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This 600-size unit carries an NPT3/4 (3/4 in) port with NPT thread, and the J code means no mounting bracket is fitted - the GR body is also panel-mountable. A round external pressure gauge with an MPa scale is included, so the set pressure can be read directly at the unit.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, gauge scales MPa, psi or bar, and a low-pressure type for duties up to 0.4 MPa. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 3/4 in compressed-air branch at the head of a production bay to a steady working pressure so downstream valves and actuators see a consistent supply.
Holding set pressure on the air feed to conveyor stopper cylinders and clamp actuators on a packaging line, with the MPa gauge giving a local set-point readout.
Panel-mounted regulation of the supply to a machine's pneumatic control circuit, using the panel-mountable GR body to keep control-valve pressure stable.
Start with the port step: this is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest in the GR range - step down to 200/300/400 sizes with smaller ports if your line flow is modest. Set the adjustment range against your downstream demand: the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your working pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the L low-pressure type is the finer-control choice. Gauge scale is decodable - C with scale 1 gives this round MPa gauge, and psi (2) or bar (3) scales can be ordered. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also available as an order option. The J code means no bracket is fitted - add one if you need panel or surface mounting. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so no rated flow number is stated here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is fitted (the GR body is also panel-mountable), and C1 means an external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is included. This unit has an NPT thread; PT is the standard GR thread and G (BSPP) is also available as an order option.
