The AirTAC GR60020JC2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator 3/4in PSI is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC2 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The 600 size carries a 3/4in PT port for larger air lines, the C2 suffix selects an external round gauge reading in psi, and the J code omits the mounting bracket. It does no filtering and no lubrication - pressure regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 600 size, the largest of the G series (200/300/400/600). GR regulators have low pressure loss and are available with embedded square or external round gauges in psi, MPa or bar scales, with or without brackets, and with panel mounting; G (BSPP) and NPT threads are catalogue options at order. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Flow is published only as curves, so we confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Setting and holding clamp-cylinder pressure on robotic weld fixtures fed from a 3/4in header, so weld nut seating force stays consistent across every part.
Regulating air pressure to the dancer and brake actuators of a wire-drawing or cable line, giving operators a psi-scale setpoint that matches the plant's existing gauges.
Supplying a controlled pressure to blow-off nozzles and air knives on a product-cleaning station, set low deliberately to cut wasted compressed air at the nozzles.
Use the 600 size with 3/4in PT port when the served line is larger than what the 200/300/400 regulators are sized for. The C2 suffix gives you the external round gauge in psi - useful where US-standard gauges are the shop norm - while C1 reads MPa and C3 reads bar; the square gauge or a no-gauge (N) version are alternatives. J means no bracket; the default code includes one, and the GR is also panel-mountable.
Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT available as options when ordering. Flow is not published as a single rating - only as curves - so let us check your line size and demand against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure to quote: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves. We do not state a number here for that reason - send us your line size, inlet and set pressures, and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request.
C selects the external round gauge and the final digit is its scale: 2 on this model means psi, 1 is MPa and 3 is bar. The embedded square gauge is the alternative style. The J in the code simply means no mounting bracket is included.
