The AirTAC GR60020JC2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC2GK is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator, a regulation-only unit: it steps the compressed-air supply down to a stable working pressure with no filtration or lubrication function. This configuration is the 600 size with a G3/4 (BSPP) female port, the standard regulator type covering an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a round external pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. No bracket is included with this code, and the GR can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, a low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa, and bracket or no-bracket variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

A regulator with a built-in check valve holds clamp cylinder pressure steady and keeps clamps engaged even if the main air supply drops - a direct fit for fixture clamping on weld lines.
Machine tools need tool-changers, clamps and air bearings fed at a fixed, stable pressure; a 3/4 inch regulator at the machine drop handles the higher demand of a full machining centre.
Conveyor stoppers, pushers and case-eject cylinders on packaging lines run best from a regulated branch, and a 3/4 inch port serves a whole section of the line from one setting point.
Start with the port step: the 600 size carries a 3/4 inch port, so match it to your line size and the flow your circuit needs - if your demand sits near the top of a smaller size, stepping up to 600 reduces pressure drop. Choose the gauge scale to suit your team: this code carries a round external gauge reading in psi, while MPa and bar scales are also available. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option, so pick the one that matches your fittings. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied - order a bracket variant if you want panel or surface mounting. The built-in K reverse valve suits circuits where downstream pressure must be held on supply loss; omit it if not needed. If your working pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure (L) type is the alternative. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost - useful for clamping and holding circuits. The C2 means a round external gauge is included, reading in psi; MPa and bar scales are available as alternative codes, and the N code omits the gauge entirely.
