The AirTAC GR60020JC2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, with a 3/4 in PT port. It does one job only: reducing and holding downstream air pressure, adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries the K code, so a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost, and the C2 code adds an external round gauge reading in psi. It is supplied without a mounting bracket (J code); the GR body is also panel-mountable. As a pure regulator it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator, and it operates in ambient temperatures from -20 to 70 C - a wider range than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa, gauge and bracket choices, and the reverse/check-valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable working pressure to a 3/4-in-fed pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the plant air drops out mid-cycle.
A point-of-use regulator at the head of a packaging machine's air drop, giving operators a local psi gauge to set and verify line pressure on the floor.
Branch a large-distribution air header into individually regulated zones for CNC cells or assembly stations, each zone holding its own setpoint independent of the others.
Start with the size and port: the 600 body with a 3/4 in PT port suits lines with higher air demand, but because GR flow is published only as curves, have us check the curve against your required flow before you commit. Then settle the decode choices: thread (PT standard here; G/BSPP or NPT are order options), gauge scale (this unit reads psi; MPa and bar scales exist), bracket versus panel mounting (this unit ships without a bracket), the low-pressure L type if your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa, and the K reverse/check valve, which is fitted on this model to hold downstream pressure on supply loss. If you need filtration or lubrication as well, that is a separate GF or GL unit, or a GFR/GFC/GC combination - a GR on its own regulates pressure only.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not quote a single rated flow number because AirTAC publishes GR performance as flow curves, not one figure. Send us your required flow and upstream pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct sizing for your application before you order.
The K code in GR60020JC2K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, holding downstream pressure if the supply is lost, and C2 means an external round gauge reading in psi is included. Other gauge scales (MPa or bar), the low-pressure L type, bracket options and G or NPT threads are available in the GR range - tell us the code you need and we will confirm it.
