The AirTAC GR60020JC3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC3TK is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator, the largest size in the GR family, built for one job only: holding a stable, adjustable downstream air pressure from a compressed-air supply. This configuration is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT thread port, a round pressure gauge reading in bar, and a reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air escape back through the unit when the upstream supply is shut off, so the circuit depressurises instead of staying locked. It is the standard-pressure type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and an operating temperature range of -20 to 70 C - the widest in the G series, unique to the GR family. It ships without a mounting bracket, and GR units are also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with matching port sizes, and options include thread variants (PT standard, with G and NPT available to order), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 3/4 in branch off the factory air main to feed a production cell, the GR60020JC3TK sets and holds the cell's working pressure below the main line pressure, with the check valve letting the branch vent when the header is isolated.
Clamping fixtures and air-operated presses need a repeatable set pressure so holding force does not drift shift to shift; this regulator with its bar-scale round gauge lets the setter dial in and verify the clamp pressure directly.
Cylinder-driven diverters, stoppers and packaging actuators run best at a fixed pressure below the main supply; this 3/4 in regulator stabilises the supply to the valve manifold, and the reverse valve vents the downstream section at shutdown.
Start with the port and size step: GR sizes run 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with its own port range up to 1 in, and the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port suits lines where larger pipework is already in place. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, tell us your expected air demand and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet before you order. Then set the options that matter to you: this unit carries a round gauge scaled in bar (MPa and psi scales are also available), a reverse/check valve for downstream depressurisation, and no mounting bracket (bracket-fitted versions exist, and GR also panel-mounts). Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G thread can be ordered. If your circuit only ever needs up to 0.4 MPa, ask about the GR low-pressure type. Do not fit a regulator where filtration or lubrication is also needed - pair it with GF and GL units, or step up to a GFR, GFC or GC combination.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not quote a single rated flow figure, because AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than one number, and we will not estimate a value. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air can vent back through the regulator when the supply is closed; the J means no mounting bracket, though GR units are also panel-mountable. Both are order-time choices: bracket-fitted versions and units without the reverse valve are available, as are MPa, psi or bar gauge scales and PT, G or NPT threads.
