The AirTAC GR60020JF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built to hold a steady downstream pressure from a varying supply. This GR600 configuration is the largest size in the family with a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The code confirms a fitted embedded square gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air escape back through the unit when the inlet is vented, and no mounting bracket - the body can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8" to 1", gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and G or NPT thread options to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure feeding directional control valves on an automated line, so valve shifting pressure stays consistent regardless of compressor swings upstream.
Take a 3/4-inch drop from a factory main air header and regulate it to the pressure a downstream machine section or work cell was designed for.
Fit at each branch of a distribution manifold so individual circuits - clamping, actuation, purge - each run at their own set pressure from one supply.
Start with the port and size step: GR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the 600 size carries the largest port in the range (here G3/4). Match the size to the air demand of the circuit - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your consumption figures and we will confirm the right size before you order. Then fix the options the code carries: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit reads psi), the standard versus low-pressure type (standard covers 0.05-0.9 MPa; the L type is limited to 0.4 MPa), and whether a reverse/check valve is wanted for downstream exhaust. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and the bracket can be omitted as on this unit or specified where panel or wall fixing is preferred.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the GR600 sizing against your application before you order.
K marks a fitted reverse (check) valve. It allows downstream air to flow back out through the regulator when the upstream supply is shut off or vented, which helps downstream circuits and tools exhaust instead of staying trapped under pressure. Units without K have no reverse function.
