GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4

The AirTAC GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.

About the GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4

The GR60020JNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the largest GR600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The code ends in K, so a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold the set pressure if the upstream supply drops, and the N gauge code means no pressure gauge is supplied - add one if you want a local reading. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, the widest range in the G family, and the J code means no mounting bracket is included, though GR units are also panel-mountable.

This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, with low-pressure (L) versions, gauge choices and bracket options across the range. Flow for GR regulators is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Model Code: GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4

GR600G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range.
20Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1".
(blank)Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type.
JSupplied without bracket.
NNo pressure gauge (N).
(blank)Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square.
(blank)Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar.
TNPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT.
KReverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted.

Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.

Size Class

  • GR200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GR300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GR400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GR600PT3/4" - PT1"

A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Where the GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4 Is Used

factory

Plant air drop for a machining cell

Settling a steady working pressure at the 3/4 in drop feeding a CNC machining cell's air-powered clamps and tool-change actuators, so a shifting header pressure does not move the setpoint at the machine.

conveyor_belt

Packaging line actuator supply

Regulating the supply to carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the fitted check valve holding the set pressure through brief upstream dips so the stroke force stays consistent.

local_shipping

Truck and trailer air preparation

Trimming a controlled branch pressure off a heavy-vehicle service air circuit in a maintenance bay, where the -20 to 70 C temperature range of the GR suits an unheated workshop environment.

Is the GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4 the Right Regulator?

Start with the port and size: GR600 with a 3/4 in port is the top of the GR range, so step up to it when your line's air demand sits beyond what a 200/300/400 unit comfortably passes - and ask us to check the flow curve against your consumption before ordering, since flow is published as curves, not a single rating. Set your adjustment range: this standard type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the low-pressure L type exists. Then pick the options in the code: gauge or no gauge (this one has none, in embedded square or external round form with MPa, psi or bar scales), reverse/check valve (K, fitted here) to hold downstream pressure through supply dips, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order - this one is NPT), and bracket (J omits it; GR also panel-mounts).

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT3/4" here)
  • ✓ Standard 0.9 MPa or low-pressure 0.4 MPa
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, or order N without
  • ✓ Gauge shape C round / F square
  • ✓ Scale MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3)
  • ✓ Reflux valve needed, order K

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install downstream of the filter, following the airflow arrow.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Set pressure while air is flowing, then lock the knob.
  • check Adjust within 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) only.
  • check Operating range -20 to +70 °C.
  • check Panel-mount or use the fixing bracket; do not hang it on tubing.

The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.

GR60020JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/4 FAQ

AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures against your application on request before you order.

The N in the model code means no gauge is fitted. GR regulators can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - or run gaugeless and read pressure at a downstream point. If you want a local reading at the regulator, ask us for the gauge-equipped variant of the same GR600-20 configuration.
