The AirTAC GR60020LC2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT 3/4 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020LC2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT thread, built as the low-pressure (L) type with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa, so it suits circuits that must run well below standard line pressure. It comes with a round pressure gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve (K) that holds the downstream setting when upstream pressure is lost, and a mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge or no-gauge versions, and PT, G or NPT threads. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Machining and assembly cells often need fixture clamps held at a gentle, repeatable pressure well below shop-air line pressure. This low-pressure GR regulator, set up to 0.4 MPa with its psi gauge, lets the operator dial in and read the clamp circuit directly at the press.
Heat-seal and forming stations on packaging machines use air cylinders that can crush product if fed full line pressure. A 3/4 in GR600 regulator on the branch line to these heads holds a steady reduced pressure for consistent, damage-free cycles.
Bench-top assembly stations with small air cylinders need their actuation force tuned per task. Fitting this regulator at the station drop, with the round psi gauge and check valve to hold the setting during supply dips, gives each operator a stable, adjustable supply.
Start with the port step: the 600 size takes a 3/4 in line, and larger sizes carry more flow - but because GR flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm the right size before you order. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa; if your circuit needs the full standard range up to 0.9 MPa, choose a GR without the L code. Other decodable choices: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) or no gauge; the reverse/check valve (K) if you need the downstream setting held on air loss; PT is the standard thread while G and NPT are order options; and a bracket can be included or omitted (J).
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct size for your application before you order.
The L in the code GR60020LC2TK marks the low-pressure type, whose adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa - ideal for circuits that must run gently. If your application needs the standard GR range up to 0.9 MPa, order the same 600-size regulator without the L code; we can confirm the right variant for you.
