The AirTAC GR60020LJF2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR60020LJF2TK is a pure air pressure regulator from the GR family: it controls downstream pressure only, with no filter, no bowl and no lubrication function. This 600-size unit is decodes to a 3/4 in NPT port, and the L code marks it as the low-pressure type, adjusted up to 0.4 MPa. It is supplied with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket (J); the GR body is also panel-mountable. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G series.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G or NPT thread, with standard or low-pressure adjustment, gauge or no-gauge, and optional check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps and hold-downs that must not crush cartons or trays, with the psi gauge giving a direct readout at the machine.
Feed a gentle air knife or drying manifold on a production line where the process calls for a reduced, regulated supply rather than full line pressure.
Regulate the air feeding quarter-turn actuators and diaphragm-controlled valves on a process skid that operate at reduced pressures, with the check valve holding the set circuit.
Size and port step with required flow: this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the GR line. The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type, adjusted up to 0.4 MPa - choose standard GR if you need settings above that. The square gauge fitted here is scaled in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the standard thread and G is also a catalogue option. The J code means no mounting bracket is included. Flow for GR regulators is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request so you can size the 600 size, 3/4 in port against your demand.
The L in the model code selects the GR low-pressure type, whose adjustment range goes up to 0.4 MPa. If your application needs higher downstream settings, the standard GR type adjusts up to 0.9 MPa - we can help you pick the right variant from the same 600 size.
