The AirTAC GR60020LJNT AirTAC Low-Pressure Air Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020LJNT is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, fitted with 3/4 in NPT ports. It is a regulation-only device: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure of up to 0.4 MPa from a compressed-air supply, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, carries no gauge (N) and no mounting bracket (J), and is also panel-mountable. It contains no filter and no bowl, so it does not remove water or particulate and does not lubricate the air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, a low-pressure type, optional gauge, optional reverse/check valve and optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Fixture clamps and swing clamps on a machining line that must hold parts at a reduced, stable pressure below 0.4 MPa, fed from a 3/4 in main air supply.
Feeding low-pressure cylinders and air bells on carton-sealing and wrapping machines where the working pressure is kept deliberately low to protect product and tooling.
Supplying a low-pressure pilot signal to larger process valves and skid-mounted controls, where a set pressure up to 0.4 MPa must be held steady on a 3/4 in line.
Start with the port step: the 600 size with 3/4 in NPT ports suits lines where the main air supply is 3/4 in pipework, and larger sizes carry more flow. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Note the low-pressure (L) type regulates only up to 0.4 MPa, so it is the right choice when the working pressure must stay low; the standard GR type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. This code specifies NPT thread (T); PT is the standard thread and G is also a catalogue option. No gauge is fitted (N) and no bracket is included (J); both are orderable options, and GR can also be panel-mounted.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The trailing T is the thread code: this unit has NPT ports. PT is the standard thread for the GR series, and G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options you can order. The code also decodes the low-pressure type (L), no gauge (N) and no bracket (J).
