The AirTAC GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a stamping or forming press where the work-hold clamps are rated well below full shop air pressure, this low-pressure GR600 regulator holds the clamp circuit at a safe setting up to 0.4 MPa, and the fitted check valve keeps the clamps held if the main supply drops.
On a carton-sealing or shrink-wrap line, gentle low-pressure air is needed for hold-down rollers and blower nozzles. A 3/4 in regulator in the main drop to the line lets the whole section be set once and stay there, independent of the higher factory header pressure.
Test rigs and pilot-scale process skids often run instrument and actuator air at low pressure. A large-port low-pressure regulator on the rig's air header gives the operator a stable, limited maximum, with the check valve preventing backfeed from the rig into the building supply.
Start with the port: this unit is 3/4 in NPT. Step up or down through the GR sizes (200/300/400/600, ports 1/8 in to 1 in) to match your line and required flow - the larger the size, the larger the port and flow path.
