GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure

The AirTAC GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.

About the GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure

The GR60020LNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, supplied with a 3/4 in NPT thread. This is a low-pressure (L) type: it holds downstream pressure up to 0.4 MPa, making it the right choice where the process runs well below full line pressure. A reverse/check valve (K) is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply is lost, and no gauge is fitted (N code) - add your own, or order a variant with a gauge. A mounting bracket is included, and the unit is also panel-mountable.

This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure types, with optional gauges (round or square, MPa / psi / bar scales), a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. GR is regulation only - no filter, no bowl, no lubrication. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Model Code: GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure

GR600G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range.
20Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1".
LLow-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type.
(blank)Fixing bracket included.
NNo pressure gauge (N).
(blank)Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square.
(blank)Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar.
TNPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT.
KReverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted.

Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.

Size Class

  • GR200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GR300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GR400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GR600PT3/4" - PT1"

A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Where the GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure Is Used

factory

Low-pressure pneumatic press circuit

On a stamping or forming press where the work-hold clamps are rated well below full shop air pressure, this low-pressure GR600 regulator holds the clamp circuit at a safe setting up to 0.4 MPa, and the fitted check valve keeps the clamps held if the main supply drops.

conveyor_belt

Packaging line air curtains and hold-downs

On a carton-sealing or shrink-wrap line, gentle low-pressure air is needed for hold-down rollers and blower nozzles. A 3/4 in regulator in the main drop to the line lets the whole section be set once and stay there, independent of the higher factory header pressure.

science

Lab and pilot-plant air headers

Test rigs and pilot-scale process skids often run instrument and actuator air at low pressure. A large-port low-pressure regulator on the rig's air header gives the operator a stable, limited maximum, with the check valve preventing backfeed from the rig into the building supply.

Is the GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure the Right Regulator?

Start with the port: this unit is 3/4 in NPT. Step up or down through the GR sizes (200/300/400/600, ports 1/8 in to 1 in) to match your line and required flow - the larger the size, the larger the port and flow path. Choose standard or low-pressure (L) regulation: this unit is the L type, holding up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits that never need full 0.9 MPa control. Decide on the gauge (none, round or square; MPa, psi or bar scale), the reverse/check valve if downstream hold-up matters, and the thread: PT is the catalogue standard, with G and NPT as order options. A bracket is included unless the J (no bracket) variant is ordered.

One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote you a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your required flow before you order.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT3/4" here)
  • ✓ Standard 0.9 MPa or low-pressure 0.4 MPa
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, or order N without
  • ✓ Gauge shape C round / F square
  • ✓ Scale MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3)
  • ✓ Reflux valve needed, order K

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install downstream of the filter, following the airflow arrow.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Set pressure while air is flowing, then lock the knob.
  • check Adjust within 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) only.
  • check Operating range -20 to +70 °C.
  • check Panel-mount or use the fixing bracket; do not hang it on tubing.

The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.

GR60020LNTK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure FAQ

AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your line size and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the 600 size against your application before you order.

The N in GR60020LNTK means no gauge is fitted. The GR family offers an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, each with an MPa, psi or bar scale, so you can order a gauge variant of the same 600 size if you want downstream pressure visible at the unit.
