The AirTAC GR60025C2T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025C2T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, built to do one job only: hold a steady downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. It carries no filter and no bowl, so it is fitted after filtration rather than instead of it. This configuration is supplied with an external round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and the 1 in NPT port suits a main air header or a high-demand branch where a smaller regulator would be a bottleneck.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G or NPT threads, a low-pressure type, and a choice of embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Installed on a 1 in branch off the compressor receiver in a factory air ring main, holding a stable header pressure for the downstream drop lines that feed individual work cells.
Set ahead of the directional valve on a pneumatic clamping press, keeping the clamping pressure constant so the press cycle is repeatable from part to part.
Regulating the supply to cylinders and actuators on a packaging and palletising line, so conveyor stops, pushers and case sealers see a consistent operating pressure.
Step up through the GR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and their ports (1/8 in to 1 in) against the air demand of the line - the 600 size with its 1 in port is the natural choice for main headers and large consumers. Choose the gauge: this unit has an external round gauge in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are available in the family. Thread is NPT here, with PT and G (BSPP) as orderable options. GR is also panel-mountable, and a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) exists where the setpoint is low. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C2 code on GR60025C2T specifies an external round gauge scaled in psi. Within the GR family you can instead order the standard embedded square gauge, and choose MPa, psi or bar scales, so pick the scale your maintenance team reads daily.
