The AirTAC GR60025JF2T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025JF2T is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator, a standalone unit that does one job: holding a stable, adjustable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This configuration is the size 600 body with a 1 in NPT port, the standard pressure type, an embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi, no mounting bracket, and no reverse (check) valve fitted. It is a regulation-only device - it contains no filter, no water bowl and no lubricator, so it is normally paired with upstream filtration in a full air-preparation setup.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type option (up to 0.4 MPa) and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.
| Model | GR60025JF2T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 |

| Series | GR600 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) |
| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set branch-line pressure for an entire production department from the 1 in main drop, giving every machine on that branch one stable, adjustable supply point.
Hold consistent working pressure to the cylinders of a mechanical press or stamping cell so clamping and forming strokes repeat the same way shift after shift.
Regulate supply to conveyor stops, diverters and packaging-machine cylinders, keeping actuation speeds predictable as the compressor loading varies.
Pick the GR size by the port and flow step you need: 200, 300, 400 or 600, with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in - the GR600 shown here is the largest, with a 1 in port. This unit is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; a low-pressure L type limited to 0.4 MPa exists if your process runs lower. Choose the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi) and the thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, as fitted here. Brackets are optional (this unit ships without one) and GR is also panel-mountable; a reverse/check valve can be specified if you need to hold downstream pressure on supply loss.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure. Send us your line size and demand and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this 1 in NPT regulator against your application before you order.
Yes. The trailing T in GR60025JF2T means this unit has a 1 in NPT port. PT is the standard thread across the GR series, and G (BSPP) and NPT are both orderable options, so you can match the regulator to BSPP, NPT or PT piping by specifying the thread code when you order.
