The AirTAC GR60025LF2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LF2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady at the setting you choose. This is the size-600 unit, the largest in the GR range, with a PT1 (1 in) port, and it is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa for circuits that must never see full line pressure. It ships as a genuine AirTAC part with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply drops, and a mounting bracket included; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
GR regulators span sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT available as order options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G series. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Pneumatic hold-down clamps on a carton-sealing or shrink-wrap line often need a gentle, closely held pressure so delicate packs are not crushed. This low-pressure GR set on the clamp circuit keeps actuation pressure capped at the setting while the square psi gauge gives operators a visible reference.
Spray booths, lab enclosures and pilot-scale process rigs frequently run air at low, stable pressure. Fed from the shop main line, this regulator steps the supply down to the process setpoint, and the fitted check valve keeps the set pressure from decaying if the main is momentarily shut off.
Quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on damper, sluice and diverter valves in water and wastewater plants are commonly rated for reduced supply pressure. A size-600 GR on the actuator supply line, panel-mounted next to the valve group, holds the actuator pressure at its rated setting with a local psi gauge for routine checks.
Start with the port: this unit is PT1 (1 in) at size 600, the top of the GR range, so match it to line size and the flow your circuit needs - if your demand is modest, a smaller GR size on the same port family may be the more economical choice. The L code makes this the low-pressure type with adjustment up to 0.4 MPa; if you need to regulate above that, choose a standard GR instead. The F2 gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and the K code means a reverse/check valve is already fitted. A mounting bracket is included, and GR can also be panel-mounted.
One honest note on sizing: regulator flow is published as pressure-loss curves, not a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as pressure-loss curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The L in the code means this unit is the low-pressure version, with adjustment up to 0.4 MPa - suited to circuits that must never see full line pressure. If your setpoint needs to go higher, choose a standard GR600 instead; the rest of the decode (PT1 port, psi gauge, check valve) is unchanged.
