The AirTAC GR60025LNT AirTAC Low-Pressure Air Regulator, NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LNT is an AirTAC GR600 low-pressure air pressure regulator with 1 in NPT ports. The L suffix selects the low-pressure type, which regulates up to 0.4 MPa - the right choice where the circuit runs well below standard line pressure. The N code means no gauge is fitted, and as a GR the unit has no bowl and no drain: it is regulation only. It operates from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure (L) types, with optional embedded square or external round gauges (MPa, psi or bar scales), an optional reverse/check valve (K) and PT, G or NPT threads; a mounting bracket is included and the GR is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeds low-pressure air to the pneumatic hold-down pads on a carton sealer, holding the setting below 0.4 MPa so delicate flaps are pressed without crushing.
Regulates low-pressure compressed air on a lab bench header feeding small pneumatic valves and actuators, with the -20 to 70 C window suiting unheated rooms.
Sits in the low-pressure atomizing-air leg of a paint spray booth, trimming pressure to the guns' air cap without disturbing the main high-pressure line.
Size the GR by port and required flow: the 200/300/400/600 steps move up in port and flow capacity, and this 600 body carries 1 in NPT ports. The L suffix selects the low-pressure type, regulating up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa - choose the standard type if you need settings above 0.4 MPa. Gauges (embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) and the reverse/check valve (K) are order options; this unit is supplied without a gauge. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type: this unit regulates up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. N means no gauge is fitted - an embedded square or external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered. The T selects NPT thread; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available.
