The AirTAC GR60025LNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, fitted with a 1 in NPT port. This is the low-pressure (L) type, so the outlet pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, and the K suffix means a reverse/check valve is fitted so downstream pressure cannot back-feed through the unit. It is a regulation-only device: no filter element, no drain bowl and no lubricator. No gauge is fitted (code N), the mounting bracket is included, and the body can also be panel-mounted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with optional gauge, reverse/check valve and thread variants (PT standard; G and NPT to order). Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps that must grip veneer and finished panels without marking them, with the check valve holding the setting if upstream supply dips.
Regulates low-pressure air feeding nozzles that clear labels and moisture from bottles, keeping the jet strong enough to clean but low enough not to topple lightweight containers.
Feeds low-pressure pneumatic actuators that guide yarn and control tension arms, where a repeatable sub-0.4 MPa setting protects delicate thread handling.
Start with the port step: the 600 size takes a 1 in connection, so match it to your line size and required flow. The L in this code marks the low-pressure type, correct where the working pressure must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR type covers the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa range. The K suffix adds a reverse/check valve - choose it where back-flow through the regulator must be prevented. No gauge is fitted on this code; a gauge (round or square, with MPa, psi or bar scale) can be ordered if you want a local pressure readout. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available to order. The mounting bracket is included, and GR can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single rated flow number exists for us to quote. Tell us your line size and application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type: the outlet pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure cannot back-feed through the regulator. This unit also comes with no gauge fitted (N) and an included mounting bracket.
