Installation requirements:
Install with 20mm clearance on all sides for heat dissipation.
Use flexible tubing near ports to prevent vibration transfer.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if operating below 0.15 MPa.
Critical note:
Requires 5-μm filtration (40μm for emergency use max).
Do not apply silicone-based lubricants - causes seal swelling.
Minimum holding pressure: 0.03 MPa for stable center position.
