Installation guidelines:
Use M5 mounting screws with 0.49–0.69N·m torque. Maintain ≥2mm gap between
adjacent valves for heat dissipation. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil
if operating below -5℃. Requires 5μm filtration with oil mist lubrication (1/3000 ratio).
Critical notes:
Never energize both coils simultaneously (max 100ms overlap allowed).
Use surge suppressors when controlling inductive loads above 5A.
Annual maintenance recommended for high-cycle applications (>500,000 operations/year).
