Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain 20mm clearance below valve for tubing access. Lubricate seals with ISO VG32
turbine oil if used in dry air systems. Test cycle 3-5 times before full operation.
