The AirTAC AirTAC 3V100M-10 3V-F Base (3V100M10F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 10 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V100M10F is an AirTAC manifold base with ten stations. It is a machined block, not a valve: it seats ten 3/2 solenoid valves on one shared air supply, so a single feed line and a single wiring run serve the whole group instead of ten separate ones.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Across the 3V family you can order NC or NO valves, five coil voltages, DIN plug or flying-lead entry, and manifold bases from 1F to 20F stations. Datasheet figures for the base and for the valves you mount on it are confirmed on request - just ask through the RFQ.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A welding fixture with ten spring-return clamps can run one valve per clamp from this base, all fed from a single regulated line.
On a parcel sorter, each divert gate takes its own 3/2 valve on the shared block, so gates can be added or reworked station by station.
Bench-top pressing and staking stations driven by single-acting air cylinders take one valve per station from the same supply.
Choose this base when a machine needs several 3/2 valves in one place: ten stations share one air feed and one wiring loom, which turns fault-finding into a check of a single block. The valves themselves are ordered separately - pick each station's state (NC gives no outlet air until energised, NO holds the outlet fed while de-energised), a coil voltage that matches the panel supply, and DIN plug or flying lead. A 3/2 valve feeds or vents one outlet, so it suits single-acting cylinders and blow tasks but cannot drive a double-acting cylinder - that duty needs a 5-port AirTAC 4V valve. Because published flow figures for the 3V family are not in our hands, ask us to check sizing against your actuators before ordering; if you need a fully specified 3-port valve today, the 3V2 and 3V3 bodies have documented flow and coil-power data.
Confirm before you order
Yes - ask by RFQ and we will confirm the datasheet figures you need. The base itself is a machined manifold block with no coil of its own; if you want published flow and coil-power numbers for the valves before ordering, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies are the documented, fully specified alternative.
The valves. Order one 3/2 valve per station, choosing NC or NO to match the fail-safe behaviour you want, a coil voltage that matches the panel supply, and DIN plug or flying-lead entry. Valves of this family are single-outlet devices - for double-acting cylinders use the 5-port AirTAC 4V series.
