The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-12 3V-F Base (3V200M12F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 12 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
With twelve valve stations, the AirTAC 3V200M12F turns twelve separate 3/2 valve installations into one panel-mounted bank. The base is a machined manifold block: no coil, no electrical entry and no state of its own - those properties belong to the valves you order separately. Its job is to feed the whole row from one supply point.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the 3V2 family. Mounting twelve valves on one base consolidates the air feed, shortens the wiring run and puts every coil where a technician can reach it, which speeds up fault-finding on a busy machine. Valves across the wider family come in both NC and NO states, five coil voltages and either DIN plug or flying-lead entry, and we will pull datasheet figures for whichever valves you choose - just send the RFQ.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A sub-assembly station with a dozen power clamps around a weld fixture can drive every spring-return clamp valve from one 12-station base mounted on the fixture frame.
A packaging machine with twelve air-operated hold-downs, stampers and reject pushers keeps all their 3/2 valves tidy on a single manifold at the back of the frame.
On a rotary indexing table, each station's clamp or blow tip gets its own valve position, and the 3V200M12F carries the whole ring from one shared feed.
Plan the base around your valve list first. Each of the twelve positions takes a 3/2 valve you order separately, so decide per station whether power loss should shut air off (normally closed) or leave it passing (normally open), which coil voltage your control panel actually provides - a coil cannot be rewired to a different voltage - and whether each coil terminates in a DIN plug or arrives as a flying lead. Because we do not hold published flow figures for this family, send us your actuator sizes and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you commit. Buyers who need documented flow and coil-power numbers today can use the AirTAC 3V2 (1/8 and 1/4 inch ports) or 3V3 (1/4 inch) valve bodies instead, and any double-acting cylinder needs a 4V series 5-port valve, not a 3/2.
Confirm before you order
Those figures live on the valve datasheets, not on the base - the 3V200M12F is a manifold block with no performance of its own. We do not publish figures for this family, but we will confirm pressure, flow and coil power from the datasheet on request. If you need documented numbers immediately, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies have published flow and coil-power figures.
Yes. Valves are ordered separately, so the twelve stations can carry a mix of normally closed and normally open 3/2 valves, different coil voltages to match different panel circuits, and either DIN plug or flying-lead entries - all sharing the one air feed. Remember a 3/2 valve cannot drive a double-acting cylinder; that needs a 5-port valve such as the AirTAC 4V series.
