The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M-13 3V-F Base (3V200M13F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 13 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The AirTAC 3V200M13F is a 13-station manifold base for 3/2 solenoid valves. As a machined base it carries no coil and draws no power; its value is architectural. Thirteen valves that would otherwise be bolted and piped individually to a machine each get a seat on one block, fed by a single supply line and wired from a single loom.
It is a genuine AirTAC part in the 3V2 family, and the thirteen valves that fill it are ordered separately - state, coil voltage and electrical entry are chosen per position. The family covers normally closed and normally open valves, five voltages (AC220V, DC24V, AC110V, AC24V, DC12V), DIN plug and flying-lead entries, and other base sizes from 1 to 20 stations. Whatever valves you select, we will confirm their datasheet figures for you before ordering - ask through the RFQ.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Automated process skids often pilot a dozen or more large air-operated process valves; each pilot needs a small 3/2 valve, and a 13-station base collects them at one air take-off.
A palletiser whose end-of-arm tooling grips at thirteen points can house its whole valve bank on one base, fed by a single air line up the mast.
Bench-top lab machines that cycle many small single-acting functions - lifts, clamps, tiny actuators - keep their valve bank compact on a 13-station manifold behind the panel.
A base this size suits machines where many small 3/2 functions sit close together - banks of pilot valves feeding larger process valves, rows of clamps, or clusters of blow tips. Think in three decisions: how many positions you actually need, which NC/NO state each position needs for its fail-safe behaviour, and which coil voltage matches that station's control circuit. The valves themselves are ordered separately, so nothing about the base locks your electrical design in. Sizing still depends on flow, and flow figures for this family are not published by us - send the RFQ and we will verify them against your actuators. Where a fully documented 3-port valve is needed right away, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies carry published flow and coil-power figures; for double-acting actuators, move to the 5-port 4V series.
Confirm before you order
No. The 3V200M13F is a machined manifold block: no coil, no wiring, no power draw. Only the 3/2 valves mounted on it are electrical, and they are ordered separately with your choice of state, voltage and entry. For those valves' pressure, flow and coil-power figures, contact us - we confirm them from the datasheet on request, and the AirTAC 3V2 / 3V3 bodies are the documented option if you need published figures now.
One air connection instead of thirteen, one mounting drill pattern, and every coil in one reachable row - so a sticking valve is found and swapped without tracing a dozen supply lines around the machine. The electrical side benefits too: the wiring loom runs to one point rather than to thirteen separate positions.
