The 3V106B18F packs eighteen spring-return 3/2 valves onto a single manifold, each with a 1/8in PT port and a DC24V coil consuming 3.0 W. Because the valves are direct acting and single solenoid, they shift on coil power alone and fall back on the spring when power is cut - no pilot air needed and no latching between states. Typical jobs are venting a single-acting cylinder, switching a blow line or sending a pilot signal to a bigger valve.
Every station carries IP65 protection (DIN 40050) and a manual override for commissioning without power. Supply air through a 40 um or finer filter; the design needs no lubrication. Eighteen valves on one base replace a crowded panel of individual bodies and their separate plumbing.

What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
