Operational note:
Requires 5-50μm filtered lubricated air (ISO8573-1:2010 Class 4.4.3).
For continuous operation, maintain ambient temperature below 50℃
with minimum 20mm clearance around valve body. Use with quick exhaust
valves requires downstream flow control.
