The AirTAC AirTAC 3V200M3FG Manifold Base 3-Station 3/2 Valves is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 3 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M3FG is a machined manifold base in the AirTAC 3V200 series, drilled for three valve stations fed from one shared air supply. Mounted side by side, three 3/2 solenoid valves draw from a single feed instead of three separate fittings, which cuts pipework, keeps the wiring loom in one place and makes fault-finding a matter of lifting one valve at a time. The base itself carries no coil: it has no voltage, no state and no electrical entry of its own.
We stock the 3V200M3FG as a genuine AirTAC part and supply it with the matching valves ordered separately, so you pick the normally closed or normally open version, the coil voltage and the electrical entry for each station. Across the 3V200 valve series we hold both states, five coil voltages and both DIN plug and flying-lead entries. Because we do not hold a datasheet for this family in-house, any published figure - pressure, flow or coil power - is confirmed for you from the datasheet before you commit to the order.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Spring-return clamps and a blow-off nozzle on a carton sealer run from one manifold feed, so a misbehaving station is isolated by swapping a single valve without touching the pipework.
A jig on a drilling table holds workpieces with single-acting clamps fed from one base, letting every station share the same filtered supply and the same drop on the shop floor.
A lab rig switching air to a suction cup or a small spring-return actuator uses the third station as room to add another function later without replumbing the supply line.
Three stations suit a compact panel where a small group of single-acting functions sit together - clamp, blow and vent, for example - all hanging off one feed and one wiring run. Order the base only when you already know how many valves the panel needs; a lone function is more economically served by one individual valve. Choose NC valves where the outlet must go dead on power loss and NO where it must stay live. Match each coil voltage to the panel supply - it is fixed at order and cannot be changed by rewiring.
Sizing is something we confirm rather than quote: published flow figures for this valve family are not in our hands, so send us your actuator details and ask us to check the pairing before you order. If you need a fully specified 3-port valve today, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies carry published flow and coil-power figures. And if your actuator is double-acting, no 3/2 valve will do the job - that needs a 5-port valve from the AirTAC 4V series.
Confirm before you order
We do not hold a published datasheet for the 3V200 valve family in-house, so no pressure, flow or coil-power number appears on this page. Send your actuator sizes and panel supply with the RFQ and we will confirm every figure from the datasheet before the order is finalised. If you need published figures today, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies carry them.
No on both counts. The base is a machined manifold block only - no coil, no voltage, no state - and the three valves are ordered separately. Each station takes a 3/2 valve, which feeds or vents a single outlet; a double-acting cylinder needs two outlet ports, so it calls for a 5-port valve from the AirTAC 4V series instead.
