The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M10F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 10 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
3V2M10F is the manifold block alone: a machined 10-station base with no coil, no solenoid and therefore no voltage, no initial state and no IP rating of its own. Its job is to set the bank at ten positions, route one shared air supply to every seat and carry all exhausts out through a single centralised port. The valves themselves are ordered separately and simply seat onto the block.
Because supply and wiring are shared across the base, a faulty station is found by tracing one circuit rather than untangling ten individual valve kits, and stations can be combined, expanded or mixed by type. Plan the power budget around the coils you fit - AC versions draw 7 VA and DC versions 7.0 W each. Ports are PT1/8 with PT as the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options to order.

| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 10F | 10 stations in one assembly, centralised exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A weld-cell fixture plate carries ten clamp positions wired from a single loom; this 10F block sets the station count while the valves are ordered separately.
A controls integrator groups ten on/off air circuits behind one panel so a single supply line and one wiring run replace ten separate valve kits and fittings.
Converting a cam-operated cartoner to solenoid control starts with this manifold: seat mixed 3V2M valves per station and troubleshoot through the shared wiring.
The base sets no performance figures itself; flow comes from the valves you seat on it, each good for Cv 0.1 through the base path. If a single circuit needs more air, mount a standalone 3V2 (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 in, 0.19 at 1/4 in) or a 3V3 (Cv 0.62) off-manifold, and use 3V1 at 3.0 W DC where the duty is light. Double-acting cylinders call for the AirTAC 4V series, not any 3-port valve.
When ordering the valves, fix their initial state at purchase - NC or NO cannot be converted afterwards, and the base gasket is not a state switch. Your decision list: ten stations, centralised exhaust, PT thread standard (G or NPT to order), then the NC/NO mix, coil voltages and electrical entries for the valves you pair with this block.

Valves fitted to the block are 3/2 direct-acting poppet units with Cv 0.1, operating pressure 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi), media temperature -20 to 70 C and IP65 (DIN 40050) protection on PT1/8 ports. The block itself holds no coil. Budget power from the valves you choose: AC coils draw 7 VA and DC coils 7.0 W, so ten DC stations all energised total about 70 W - around 2.9 A at 24 V.
This 10F base merges all ten stations into one shared exhaust outlet, which keeps external pipework short and silencing to a single point. Pick the 3V2M10FD variant instead if each circuit must vent separately, for example for per-station silencers or isolation between circuits. Valves are not included with this base and are ordered separately.
