The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M11F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 11 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V2M11F is the eleven-station version of the AirTAC 3V2M manifold base. It is a machined block only: no coil, no solenoid, no initial state and no IP rating sit in the base itself. It sets the station count at 11, feeds one shared air supply to every position and vents all stations through a single centralised exhaust port. The 3V2M valve bodies that plug into it are ordered separately, each with its own NC/NO state, coil voltage and electrical entry chosen at purchase.
Because supply and wiring are shared, a fault can be traced at the manifold instead of across eleven scattered valves, and stations can be mixed freely - NC and NO bodies side by side. Eleven DC coils drawing 7.0 W each give a worst-case 77 W, about 3.2 A at 24 V, when every station is energised at once, so size the supply for that figure.

| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 11F | 11 stations in one assembly, centralised exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Eleven spring-return clamp cylinders on a carton-closing machine can each hold a 3V2M valve on this base, sharing one supply and one exhaust line.
A weaving or knitting machine with eleven air-jet or tensioner valves wires back to one manifold, cutting the loom harness down to a single entry.
An 11-position tombstone fixture uses one 3V2M valve per clamp face, all fed from this block so a dropped station is found at the manifold, not across the cell.
Pick this base when eleven valve positions are needed and a single exhaust line is acceptable. The valve bodies fitted above it are Cv 0.1 - the flow path runs through the base, so manifold density trades against flow. If one station must move more air, mount an individual 3V2 there (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 inch, 0.19 at 1/4 inch, vacuum-rated) or step that circuit to a 3V3 (Cv 0.62, 1/4 inch, vacuum-rated); 3V1 covers low-power duty at 3.0 W DC. Double-acting cylinders need a 5-port 4V valve, not a 3V2M circuit.
When ordering the valves, fix the initial state first - NC or NO cannot be converted after purchase, and flipping the dedicated base gasket does not change it. Then set coil voltage (A/B/C/E/F), entry (DIN plug or I flying lead) and thread: PT is the standard thread on this family, with G and NPT as catalogue options to order.

The base itself is unpowered; the 3V2M valves mounted on it are 3/2 direct-acting, Cv 0.1, operating pressure 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi), temperature -20 to 70 C, coil power AC 7 VA / DC 7.0 W, protection IP65 (DIN 40050). Ports are PT1/8; air must be filtered through a 40 um or finer element.
Nothing by itself. It is a manifold block that sets 11 stations, routes one shared supply and one centralised exhaust. Every NC/NO state, voltage and entry choice belongs to the valve bodies ordered separately, and NC/NO cannot be changed later by flipping the base gasket - it must be right at order time.
