The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M19F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 19 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V2M19F is a 19-station manifold base for the AirTAC 3V2M valve family. It is a machined block only: no coil, no solenoid, no NC or NO state and no IP rating belong to it. Its job is to carry 19 3/2 valve bodies, route one shared air supply to every station and merge all exhausts into a single centralised port.
Because supply and wiring run through the base, a fault on a 19-station machine can be traced at the manifold instead of at 19 individual valves. Exhaust air from every station leaves through one common path, which keeps piping short. Each valve that sits on this block is ordered separately, with its own NC or NO state, voltage and electrical entry.

Figures follow the official AirTAC 3V2M catalogue. Confirm coil voltage and thread (PT / NPT / G) against the product label before wiring.
| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 19F | 19 stations in one assembly, centralised exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Nineteen single-acting clamp and blow stations on a cylinder-head sub-assembly line share one air supply through this manifold.
A parcel sorter with 19 pneumatic gate actuators gets one wiring harness and one supply feed from the shared block.
Nineteen spring-return seal cylinders on a food tray line are fed and vented through one centralised exhaust path.
Match five points before ordering valves for this base: NC or NO state per station, coil voltage, DIN plug or flying-lead entry, the 19-station count you already have here, and centralised exhaust. The PT thread is the family standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order.
Flow through a base-mounted valve is Cv 0.1 because the path runs through the manifold. If one station needs more, fit an individual 3V2 there (Cv 0.18 at 1/8", 0.19 at 1/4", vacuum-rated) or a 3V3 (Cv 0.62 at 1/4"). For low-power duties the 3V1 draws only 3.0 W DC. Double-acting cylinders need the 5-port AirTAC 4V series. NC and NO cannot be swapped after purchase - the base gasket does not convert them.
Confirm before you order
Each 3V2M valve body on the 3V2M19F carries Cv 0.1, works at 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi) and -20 to 70 C, is IP65 (DIN 40050) protected, and draws 7 VA on AC coils or 7.0 W on DC. The base itself has no coil and no electrical rating.
No. The base has no initial state; NC or NO is set by the valve ordered for each station and cannot be converted afterwards by flipping the base gasket. D-coded bases give independent exhaust per station, while this centralised 19F vents all 19 stations through one shared port.
