The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M2FD is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 2 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V2M2FD is the two-station version of the AirTAC 3V2M manifold range with independent exhaust. Each seated valve vents through its own dedicated exhaust port, so two functions can dump air at separate points on the machine instead of teeing into one shared outlet. One supply line feeds both stations, and the valves sit on a common wiring run.
This code is the machined base block only - there is no coil attached, so it has no voltage, no power draw and no NC/NO state of its own. Order the 3V2M valve bodies separately and specify NC or NO, the coil voltage and the electrical entry for each one; the base simply fixes the station count and the exhaust routing. Air enters at PT1/8 and the assembly works at 0-0.8 MPa between -20 and 70 C.

| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 2F | 2 stations in one assembly, independent exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Carries the clamp and eject valves of a small pneumatic press fixture on one block, with independent exhaust so the clamp dumps air away from the eject side of the tooling.
Two blow-off nozzles on a coating line run from one shared supply, while separate exhaust ports let each gun vent without blasting the neighbouring station.
A pair of swing clamps on a robot weld table can share this base, with each station exhausting at its own point so chips and spatter are not blown between clamps.
Pick this base when you need exactly two 3/2 valves grouped together and want each station to vent on its own. The valves it carries are Cv 0.1 coaxial poppet units, so for any station needing more flow step up to a stand-alone 3V2 (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 in, Cv 0.19 at 1/4 in, and vacuum-rated) or 3V3 (Cv 0.62, 1/4 in, also vacuum-rated); if the duty is light and power is the constraint, 3V1 at 3.0 W DC is the leaner choice. A double-acting cylinder is out of scope for a 3-port valve - specify the AirTAC 4V series instead.
Decide five points before ordering: the initial state of each valve (NC or NO - it cannot be converted after purchase, and flipping the base gasket does not change it), the coil voltage, the electrical entry (DIN plug or flying lead I), the exhaust arrangement, and the thread. PT is standard on this family, with G and NPT available as order options.

It is a 2-station 3V2M manifold base with independent exhaust, a PT1/8 port, a working range of 0-0.8 MPa and a temperature span of -20 to 70 C. The valves seated on it are Cv 0.1 direct-acting 3/2 units; coil power (AC 7 VA or DC 7.0 W) and the IP65 (DIN 40050) rating belong to the valves, not to the base itself.
On the valves. The block carries no initial state of its own - each 3V2M body you order onto it is specified as NC (closed until energised) or NO (open until energised) at purchase. The dedicated base gasket cannot be flipped to convert a valve afterwards, so order the right state up front. These 3/2 valves drive single-acting cylinders, not double-acting ones.
