
The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M6F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 6 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
Six circuits from one air connection: the 3V2M6F extends the 3V2M manifold concept to six valve positions on a single machined block. One PT1/8 inlet pressurises every station, and all six valves release their exhaust through a common central port, keeping the machine's pneumatic footprint to a single supply line and a single vent line.
As with every 3V2M base, there is no solenoid, coil or IP rating in the block itself - those properties come from the six valves, which you select and order separately. One shared wiring trunk across the stations also speeds up commissioning and later fault-finding.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Six vacuum-free grip and release points on a carton erecting machine can each run a 3V2M valve from this one block, with supply and exhaust plumbed once.
Automated spray guns that tilt or trigger pneumatically take one valve per gun here, all venting through the single central exhaust away from the work area.
Spring-return interlock or lock-out actuators on six machine guards can share one manifold supply, so a whole panel of safety positions is fed and wired uniformly.
Build your order around five decisions: NC or NO per valve (final at purchase), coil voltage, DIN plug or flying-lead entry, thread, and exhaust style. PT is the standard thread on the 3V2M family; G and NPT are options you can specify.
Six DC coils at 7.0 W add up to a 42 W worst-case draw when all stations energise together, so check your 24 V supply headroom. For circuits needing more than Cv 0.1, mount fewer valves on the base and add individual 3V2 bodies (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 in, vacuum-rated) or a 3V3 (Cv 0.62, 1/4 in); the 3V1 at 3.0 W DC is the economical choice for small loads. Double-acting cylinders call for the AirTAC 4V series.

The base provides six stations on one PT1/8 supply with a centralised exhaust. Each valve fitted to it is a 3/2 direct-acting unit rated 0-0.8 MPa, -20 to 70 C, Cv 0.1, coil power 7 VA on AC or 7.0 W on DC, protection class IP65. The manifold block alone carries none of these electrical or sealing ratings.
Each 3/2 valve has three ports - supply, outlet, exhaust - and two states, so it feeds or vents its outlet. That suits single-acting spring-return cylinders, air blow, clamping and pilot duty. It cannot drive a double-acting cylinder, which needs a 5-port valve such as the AirTAC 4V series. Valve NC/NO states cannot be converted after purchase.
