Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free areas using M4 screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain ≥15mm clearance from heat sources. For horizontal mounting,
use the optional bracket (accessory code: BR-3V2M). Lubricate seals
with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil annually.
Do NOT use with combustible gases.
Cycle rate should not exceed 5Hz continuously. For vacuum applications,
specify "V" suffix model.
