The AirTAC AirTAC 3V300M5FG Manifold Base 5-Station for 3/2 Valves is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 5 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V300M5FG is a five-station manifold base from the AirTAC 3V300M series, a machined block that carries five 3/2 solenoid valves side by side. Instead of plumbing five separate valves to five individual air feeds, you mount the valves onto this base, connect one common supply, and route the electrical wiring for the whole bank in one pass. Each station still switches on its own, because every valve fitted to the base keeps its own solenoid and its own control signal.
We supply this base as a genuine AirTAC part, and the valves that sit on it are ordered separately, so you choose the NC or NO state, the coil voltage and the electrical entry for every station yourself. The wider family also covers individual valves in all five coil voltages and both entry types. Published performance figures for this base are not in our hands, so if you need pressure, flow or dimensional data before you commit, ask us and we will confirm it from the AirTAC datasheet.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Five spring-return clamps around one fixture can each be fed and vented by its own 3/2 valve on this base, so a worn station is swapped without disturbing the air piping of the other four.
A packaging line that fires short bursts of air to clear labels or push product off a conveyor can group its on/off valves on one manifold, keeping pneumatic piping short and fault-finding local.
When a retrofit needs several single-acting functions - gate closing, part ejection, tool clamping - a pre-machined base keeps the bank tidy and lets the builder order each station in the voltage its control card uses.
Pick the station count to match the number of valves the machine needs, with the five positions here forming a compact bank on a single feed. When you order the valves separately, match every coil to the panel supply - a DC24V coil cannot simply be rewired to run on AC220V - and choose DIN plug or flying-lead entry to suit how the cabinet is wired. Bear in mind that a 3/2 valve either feeds or vents a single outlet: it suits single-acting spring-return actuators and on-off air tasks, but it cannot drive a double-acting cylinder, which calls for a 5-port valve from the AirTAC 4V series.
Sizing is the one decision we would like to check with you. Because we do not hold published flow figures for this family, send the actuator details with your RFQ and we will confirm suitability from the datasheet before you order. If you need a 3-port valve with fully published flow and coil-power figures today, the documented AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies carry those numbers in our catalogue.
Confirm before you order
We will read the pressure range, flow figures and port details for this base and its matching valves from the AirTAC datasheet on request - send an RFQ with your actuator details and we will come back to you. If you need published flow and coil-power figures immediately, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies carry full published data in our catalogue.
No - it is the manifold block only, with five stations and G-thread ports, and it has no coil of its own, so no voltage, switching state or power figure applies to it. You order each valve separately, choosing NC or NO, the coil voltage and the entry type per station. Remember that the 3/2 valves mounted on it cannot drive double-acting cylinders; ask us about the AirTAC 4V series for that job.
