Installation protocol:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤0.8N·m).
Maintain ≥20mm clearance from heat sources. Lubricate sliding parts with ISO VG32
pneumatic oil if using non-lubricated air. Perform functional test every 500k cycles.
Critical note:
Not compatible with flammable gases or vacuum systems. Always install downstream
pressure regulator. Coil replacement requires matching voltage code (stamped on DIN connector).
